Andy Warhol modified is a series of 12 large scale silkscreen prints of the famous pop art artist.
Andy Warhol has been a brand on the art market for a long time, he is a so called blue-chip artists. Famous high-paid pop artists generate revenues in the art market, that are close to those of the top companies in the US economy.
Andy Warhol works have clearly increased in value in recent years, and this trend has accelerated again in 2020. Bock-Schroeder's previously unavailable Warhol revamped silkscreen series will enter the primary art market in January 2021.

The Andy Warhol portrait, which shows the artist in a telephone booth in New York, was created by chance during a reportage by German photo journalist Peter Bock-Schroeder in 1982.
Reworked silkscreen prints, in a variation to the Andy Warhol style, were composed and printed in 2020 by Jans Bock-Schroeder.
Warhol understood the importance of fusing Pop Art with cultural trends, to generate a unique aesthetic style. He was a cultural catalyst and motivated others to practise his art style.
